What is a Medium

Marcela meets clients all the time who misunderstand the difference between Mediums vs Psychics and often confuse the two.

Psychics use the energy of people or objects by feeling or sensing elements of their past, present and future. So, psychics rely on their basic sense of intuition and psychic ability to assemble information for the person getting a reading.

On the other hand a medium uses his or her psychic or intuitive abilities to see the past, present and future events of a person by tuning in the spirit energy surrounding that person. This means mediums rely on the presence of non-physical energy outside of themselves for the information relevant to the person receiving the reading.

The emphasis of Marcela's work is mediumship: making connections with and delivering messages from people who are no longer living to those who still are. She receives information primarily and directly from the dead, spirit guides and angels.

While there are a few different forms of mediumship, Marcela works as a mental medium, which means she communicates with spirits through the use of telepathy. Spirits impress her mind and body with thoughts and feelings that come in the form of messages from spirits.

In Marcela's own words: "I like to say that I act as the bridge between the spiritual and the physical world, with the intent of helping both worlds".

Spiritual Mediumship

Spiritual Mediumship is a type of psychic reading in which Marcela is able to call on angles to assist in giving messages to you from those who have passed on.

During a session she may receive specific words, phrases, names, symbols, accents, and other definitive information that will help you recognize who is trying to speak with you. There is no guarantee that the person you want to hear from will come through; however, chances are if you are yearning for some type of communication then they probably need to speak with you as well.

Unfortunately, death can be unsettling when it is unexpected or abrupt. The reconnection can be life altering, as it has for so many of Marcela's clients. Keep an open mind when you have a medium session. You don't want to miss any important messages because you had a preconceived notion of how that person will present himself or herself. You do not choose the symbol, phrase or message that your loved one will give. Expecting only one may impede your ability to understand the one that is coming through.
